Review of The Adjustment Bureau (2011) by Felipe P — 16 Nov 2012
This sci-fi romantic thriller, if you will, has many great components to it. It is visually enthralling, your heart skips everytime a new door opens. The dialogue keeps you thinking, laughing, and crying.
Most importantly, Matt Damon and Emily Blunt's chemistry makes this movie genuine. You feel their longing, you laugh at their witty comments, and you root for them until the very end. It's very much a "love prevails all," theme, and you really hope it does when it comes to this duo.
Unfortunately, the plot is the only bit of the movie that has shortcomings. Still, I'm willing to overlook that in my enamored daze of these two.
