Review of The Addams Family (1991) by Dr. F P — 07 Nov 2013

If it weren't for the fact the humor here is just absolutely perfect for my sensibilities I think this wouldn't be such a good movie to watch. It has a great cast, i'm in love with all of the characters and it has that sweet late 80s/90s feel to it that I often miss.

The Addams Family mostly has an intriguing style about it that holds it together but the story lets it down and is often too simple. Like the sequel, I find there are a lot of brilliant moments that i'll always remember and quote to the death.
