Review of The Act of Killing (2012) by Alex W — 05 Apr 2014
I didn't think I would ever see anything like this. It seems as if the director "tricked" these men who committed acts of genocide to show them off by making it seem like they get to be in american movies.
Although the killings were portrayed as anti communist to me they felt more anti Chinese imperialism, which would make sense giving the lengths they went to to stop it. Its nice to see anti communists standing up and defending there country, even though they did it in a horrific way I cant give them to much blame for doing what they though they had to do to defend there country.
