Review of The Act of Killing (2012) by Robyn N — 10 Sep 2014
An absolutely surreal film that is simply an attestation to the powerful nature of documentaries both good and bad. I won't be forgetting this film anytime soon, and the ingenious directing by Oppenheimer was phenomenal.
It's difficult to put into words how this documentary makes you feel, and how visceral the scenes of recollection are. Please watch.
