Review of The Acid House (1998) by Nick T — 16 Jan 2011
The thick Scottish accents and provincial dialogue were hilarious, although very difficult to understand. It was strange hearing Nick Cave in the soundtrack. Probably the most frequent use of the word "cunt" in any movie I have ever seen.
The plot itself consisted of three ultra-grim vignettes of surreal misadventure and revenge amongst poverty-stricken lowlives.
