Review of The Accidental Tourist (1988) by Paul P — 18 May 2009
Not a great movie but it manages to change tones with ease. You're dealing with a man losing his son, his wife leaving him and he's dealing with his own issues as a very private, depressed man.
But there is alot of laughs in here. The fact that I still cared about Hurt's character and wanted him to be happy is a testament to his performance.
