First off, I watched the special extended version, not the theatrical...apparently the theatrical cut out a huge part of the ending, and I cant imagine what the movie would've been like without it. oh well.
Visually amazing. I can barely believe this came out in 1989. the only drawback is some of the acting, and some of the dialogue. it pushed into the realm of cheesy.
