Vincent Price at his creepy best as a disfigured madman bent on revenge. Who's also got a clockwork orchestra comprised of men wearing masks that remind me of "The Wall." And it's got Terry-Thomas in it as a lecherous old doctor.
What's not to like, I ask you?
