Great, campy fun. Gruesome deaths (including a great new reason to hate brussel sprouts), tongue-in-cheek dialogue, and Vincent Price and Joe Cotten. Dr. Phibes is the original Jigsaw (of the "Saw" flicks), with a lot more flair.
I doubt you're ever going to see death by unicorn in any other horror flick.
