Does a fair job of casting, and updating the team for a new generation, but because the focus is all on the origin story, it's not quite in the spirit of the original TV show with its low-key soldiers-for-hire stories, and the intrusions by the pursuing army as incidental moments.
And it's just not as much fun. Lots of explosions and shooting and over-reliance on CGI, but it's just lacking something.
