Not as bad as people made it out to be, although you get a bit of a "been there, done that" feeling from it. Still has one of the best (and most unexpected) Arnold one-liners ever, when he tells that Bob Saget looking dumbass to clone himself before he dies so he can go fuck himself.
Priceless. I'm just surprised they got to slip the word into the movie in that context!
