Review of The 41–Year–Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It (2010) by Jon P — 10 Dec 2012
In an 82-minute splurge of projectile vomit, loaded with chunky gags that actually rely on vomit as part of their punchlines, Craig Moss' spoof flick somehow manages to target every film in its title, and more.
Instead of poking through plot holes and delving into scriptural parody, the movie strives to draw humour through oh-so-low-quality re-enactment and celebrity caricature, resulting in yet another sad cheapener of a sub-genre already synonymous with the bottom of the barrel.
Tongue-in-cheek trash, suitable only for the semi-retarded.
