Review of The 40 Year-Old Virgin (2005) by Kevinj — 01 Aug 2007

I really could have enjoyed this movie if I hadn't watched it with my parents. It was too sexually profane to watch with parents. I got that i-shouldn't-be-doing-this feeling the whole way through this movie.

..until the ending of course. My parents never gave me the "birds and bees" talk. I had to find that stuff out through porn (the best way to learn). It was a funny movie that does, in fact, express a good point: today's society pressures people so much to lose their virginity.

You see this in movies and t.v. shows constantly. Life isn't all about sex: the creating of it is, but the living of it isn't.
