The Forty Year Old Virgin is a very funny and raunchy comedy that has a positive message about waiting for the right one. Steve Carrel is great in the lead role and manages to make his character sympathetic, though the rest of the cast is also great in their performances.
The film may have a simple premise, but it works just fine and manages to have a good heart while also being dirty and funny.
