Steve Carrell, along with the rest of the cast, is wonderful. There are so many excellent one liners, you find yourself actually caring about Andy and the soundtrack is great too. Not the most inaccurate look into sexuality either.
Maybe one of the most entertaining comedys I've ever seen.
