Strong yet may be drastic for a slow case of effect, but comedy doesn't get any more of this type of realism for a sad truth to be a dark comedy. This visualizes to me as believable but somewhat sad to endure this type of pain.
This makes the ultimate effect that only Judd can do. Nothing can put a smile with some vicious truths, yet awkwardness of sex. This is weirdest comedy of the year.
