Review of The 33 (2015) by Scott O — 01 Dec 2015
Not a great film by any stretch of the imagination. I hope aspiring filmmakers take note of the problems in this film. Not to take anything away from the true story of this, the biggest problem here is that there are simply too many characters stuck below ground.
And honestly, I didn't care about a single one. If you don't have solid characterization and allow the audience to like and relate to a character then they won't care and you get this film.
This is one of the worst films of the year.
