It's an amazing story turned paint by numbers biopic. There's nothing wrong with it per say but there's nothing all that new or memorable and there's some confusion in the actual story it's trying to tell.
There's the story of the miners' survival and then the story of the politics of the rescue and the film doesn't really commit to fully developing either.
