Review of The 15:17 to Paris (2018) by Lincoln K — 11 Feb 2018
Easily Eastwood's weakest film. The central event is not long enough to make a compelling film so the movie spends a lot of time on rather boring backstory, including an extended travelogue of Europe.
The film also made the mistake of casting the real people involved in the incident to play themselves.. and they are such bad actors that it really sabotages much of the film. The dialogue is also pretty awful which doesnt help matters any.
The actual attack on the train occurs at the end of the movie and is the only part of this that is worth watching.
