Review of The 15:17 to Paris (2018) by Steve S — 21 May 2018
There's no doubt that the three young men who stopped a mass terrorist plot on a train bound for Paris, are heroes. In the less important role as actors they aren't quite so believable. The film undermines the greatness of their acts by dragging us through an overblown, simple-minded look at the men's world that led to the attack.
The film is a mess, though I will say that I did get some satisfaction in the final act when the terrorist has the tables turned.
