Review of The 13th Warrior (1999) by Amy D — 27 Feb 2011
Perhaps the most boring action film ever. Apparently darker-skinned people are interchangeable as we have Banderas playing an Arab. I was actually more interested in the Norsemen, but we don't really get much character development from anyone aside from Ahmad.
Once again Michael Crichton shows he can't write a decent ending to save his life. For period-piece horror epics, stick with "Brotherhood of the Wolf.".
