Review of The 13th Warrior (1999) by Kelley C — 10 Jul 2011
Mediocre tale of heroism that is forced on Antonio Banderas' character. Some of the Norseman are likable, however there is not much in the way of character development so many of the other 12 warriors are interchangable. You get the feeling they don't really care about their cause, so therefore you, the viewer, don't care much about it either. Some decent fight scenes make this worth your while, but don't expect too much so you won't be nearly as disappointed as I was.
