Review of The 13th Warrior (1999) by Ryan G — 05 Jun 2012
The late nineties were a very strange time in movie history and The 13th Warrior certainly furthers that point. The sound is fantastic, the cinematography is gorgeous for the most part, and the acting is fine.
However I did not find the story to be all that engaging, I didn't care about the characters, and the overall feel felt a little too Hercules, in other words, it felt like a T.V show.
