Review of The 11th Hour (2007) by Britnaey B — 04 Nov 2007
There have been several of these movies out there and albeit its related to green issues and raises social awareness, I find this movie overtly reliant on providing information. bombarding people with information is not going to encourage people to go green, threatening people with big words and misanthropy would not bring the earth back to its original state.
however, that being said, its good to know several big names are there to support claims being made by the bureau of meteorology about global warming and I think it would be helpful that people learn ways to participate in reducing green house gasses and developed countries like america and australia should lead the way.
perhaps this movie would touch the special few who would take its word into action and generate some positive impact to the environment, otherwise, this movie wasted its allocated resources, already it has generated the externality of my ticket, my choc-top wrapper and my pop-corn box.
