Review of The 11th Hour (2007) by Beto A — 24 Mar 2008
After first scaring the pants off of you, this documentary then tells you that there's still hope for the planet. That we just need the political will, and there's isn't much time left. While the experts interviewed in this film are certainly brilliant and inspiring, I'm not optimistic about the future one bit.
The vast majority of humanity is either too ignorant or too poor to care about problems of global or generational scale. Only one thing will save us: R. James Woolsey becoming Earth's benevolent dictator.
