At 90 minutes, I'd say it runs about 30 minutes too long, because I fell asleep the first time through due to the boring as f*ck nature of the doc's structure. Archival footage/expert opinion cut back and forth with really nothing tying anything together, I think this movie could work if it was an hour long and maybe came with some good reading material.
That at least would keep me engaged more than with this monotony.
