Review of The 11th Hour (2007) by Lee G — 29 Dec 2008
Nothing could be more important than the world we live in and on; our planet Earth. This vitally important documentary explores the converging dilemmas of how we live, consume and destroy, that could potentially lead to human extinction.
And the data is mindblowing and frightening. While "An Inconvenient Truth" is good, this documentary covers a lot more ground, not just global warming. Everyone needs to see this film, then do something about the problems, one at a time.
I saw this after watching WALL-E and it is scary how accurate the depiction of Pixar's future Earth is, after hearing from hundreds of experts talk about our own reality in this documentary. You owe it to yourself and to the planet to watch this film.
