Perfect Documentary! Start Rant: Reading through some reviews below, they would like it to be dumbed down to get 100% of it..."(the documentary) doesn't seemed to be as organized and easy to follow as Gore's documentary".

..well I think that's bull. Both were good, and this was more affecting. If you can't understand any of this, then you are part of the problem. Someone said DiCaprio was simply just there for advertising (which according to them is a bad thing).

..but there are really ignorant people out there (possibly you, mr reviewer), and the media is what they understand most, which movies are included, hence a big actor being involved to advertise to the ignorant people in the hope to make them UNIGNORANT! Someone said the graphics were shown too quickly, and didn't have substance.

..well they had to fit more than a shit load of crap in 1.5 hours...the crap being everything caused by humans...which after realizing that SO MANY things just passed you by you only wonder that IF WE SAW IT A FEW MORE SECONDS WE WOULD GET MORE SUBSTANCE, instead of, the point, OMG THERE IS SO MUCH WE HAVE TO DO, LEARN, CHANGE, and if you were smart, RESEARCH!!! Someone said that the movie didn't give the "Average Joe" a plan in what to do.

..but they gave TONS..besides the further research and websites they gave, one interviewed woman said a simple yet VERY BIG thing ---> what you need to do is vote. And that doesnt mean in an election.

Everyone can do it, at any age. It's simply to buy the things that are "for" the enviornment. Buying things tells the stores we buy them from what WE WANT, so they will keep buying them FOR US.

(to make profit etc.) Excuse me Liam Lacey "...too desperate to be comforting" ? The point is to make you UNCOMFORTABLE. Colin Covert said it "...scarcely scratches the surface" well duh, how long do you want this to be??? 300 days long? Roger Ebert said it was a bore, and to watch an inconvience truth instead.

The it was made after, and brought new/fresh information to pile on top of what an inconvient truth did. It's now a more organized pile. The doc is basically enhancing the old saying "think before you speak".

...or more accurately, "think long and hard before you do"; The industrial revolution started without knowing it's own future, and now that we have industry and information, and the further knowledge of the environment, we can now put these three past ages into a new, and most importantly, better sustained, world.

End Rant.
