All these movie critics don't know comedy. And this is a good one as far as I'm concerned. Not everyone wants films to leave you thinking at the end, many people just want to have a laugh for a couple hours. That's my boy certainly accomplished that. In order to evaluate a movie you should take into consideration what was its main objective. That's my boy is a comedy film, and it's funny. Therefore I don't see why it shouldn't have positive reviews.
P.S.: if your review is negative because of the topics in the movie (e.g. incest) you are a sad idiot who doesn't understand comedy.
