I keep reading people saying that Adam Sandler isn't as good as he used to be. Referring to the days of Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer. I don't think that's true at all he's the same as he's always been, cheap but good laughs.
He's had some good ones and he's had some real stinkers in his time. But Thats my Boy is one of the better ones in recent memory. It's a lot more edgy then some of his recent stuff. There were definite moments of hilarity and shock throughout the film.
Overall it's not a bad film and people should stop bitching about how bad Jack and Jill was. I stopped watching after 10 minutes but it doesn't stop his other films Being good. Also the young Mrs McGarricle is very attractive so it's worth re-watching for her.
