Review of That Awkward Moment (2014) by Champ S — 28 Apr 2014
When you realize getting some means wanting more.
Good Movie! A good story of three friends, and their valiant, though impossible task of remaining single. If you play the field you will end up in the net eventually. That's mine, but that is what these boys have some how not yet learned. Great acting from the players, and the player scorned, not really an original story by any means, but the cast, and production values make it worth your time. I Enjoyed the chemistry that you could see between the couples that worked, and the guys themselves, and that made this movie work for me. I recommend this as chick flick not to be missed, but I know the guys will enjoy it as well. If you are looking for a light hearted Rom/Com with some good laughs then this will keep you entertained nicely.
Jason has just been dumped, but he didn't even realize they were going out. Meanwhile, Mikey's wife has just asked him for a divorce, and perpetually single Daniel is still single. The three best friends are determined to stay single together and just have fun. But then Jason meets Ellie who just might be perfect for him, Daniel starts to realize that his gal pal Chelsea might be perfect for him, and Mikey has always thought that his wife was perfect for him. The boys are going to have to juggle their single life with their romantic entanglements and it's going to get awkward.
