Review of Thank You for Smoking (2005) by May L — 18 Mar 2010
Reitman exceeds expectations here with a fantastic film, though aided by a fantastic performance from Eckhart. The film, though using the 'talents' of Lowe and Holmes, manages to keep to its billing as a dark comedy without compromising any part of the film.
A wonderful satire which has paved the way for Reitman to step out of his father's shadow and become one of Hollywood's most sort after directors.
