Review of Thank You for Smoking (2005) by Aaron W — 13 Dec 2010
A funny, well-written indie comedy parodying the tabacco industry. The movie owes a lot to Aaron Eckhart's entertaiing performance as Nick Naylor, a chief spokeman for Big Tobacco making his living defending rights of smokers and cigarettes.
Eckhart leads a brilliant cast with the expecption of Katie Holmes, whom like her Hubby Tom Cruise ruins everything she touches (she is the main reason why I gave the movie four stars). Oh not to mention Rob Lowe Stole the show himself.
