Review of Texas Killing Fields (2011) by Roger D — 07 Nov 2012
The complexity of real crimes entwined with the raw portrayal of evil (and no one can do it as well as the 'real' thing so that is always lacking). Technically not bad; bit of excess relational baggage but worth watching.
Jeff Morgan does very well, nuance and attitudes all pretty good. Moretz and the other top bills do a decent job of acting 'regular' life around the venom of evil. It appears a bit small screen but better than most are rating it.
