How cool.. I watched this in Jakarta before its US release! The young lead actress was like a force of nature - everyone listened to her! Taron Egerton and Kit Harrington also shone as her brother and lover.
It's based on Vera Brittain's memoir - which tells what happens to you and those around you when your country goes to war - you enlist. But by the end of the story, the impassioned Vera makes a strongly different point, a testament of the life-changing experience she underwent.
