Review of Testament of Youth (2015) by Jesse G — 22 Jul 2015
Excellent movie! Based on the memoirs of Vera Brittain, it tells of her experiences in WWI. The acting is excellent, and the film is beautifully shot and woven, in my opinion. I was not familiar with Vera Brittain before seeing the movie, but am now.
I will look up more of her work. This is a deeply moving, haunting story, and again, very well done!
