Review of Testament (1983) by Jon W — 25 Nov 2008
One of the most powerful dramas I have ever seen, and the saddest movie I've seen in years. It brought me to tears at least three times. It shows the deterioration of a family and life as we know it in the wake of a nuclear attack.
It made me glad to live in a world were I really don't have to be afraid of total nuclear war. Not a happy movie by any means, but so amazingly well done that it needs to be seen as a cautionary tale.
Wow.
