Z-Grade dreck that wants to be "Outbreak" or "28 Days Later" or any number of better disease outbreak films. A worst-case-scenario occurs at a chemical weapons depot in the Nevada desert that explodes.
Two scientists must figure out how to escape the titular territory and face hostile survivors and a boring conspiratorial cover-up. Move along. Nothing to see here. Move along.
