An interesting film, but if you are after high speed and lots of action then this isn't for you.
Very Scandinavian with interesting cinematography and much emphasis on facial expressions and things that aren't said.
Small town mentality and gossip is spot on. Things are not said right out, but hints are strong enough to leave no doubt about what is being talked about.
One thing that might not make this the easiest film to watch for non danish speakers is understanding the tone of voice. A subtle change can give a sentence a completely different meaning.
Still an interesting film with a pretty good plot line.
