Review of Terri (2011) by Josh B — 20 Jun 2012
Just when you thought you'd had enough of disaffected teens, along comes this gentle comedy drama to give new life to the old cliches. Wusocki's tubby teen is the calm center of the movie and, bolstered by interesting performances by Reilly and Zadina, aptly illustrates the yearnings and awkwardness of puberty.
Few fireworks but a satisfying peek into the lives of the marginalised nevertheless.
