Judging from the reviews of other movies with drama, one might assume these movies just aren't interesting to the reviewer, but actually some of them are. James Brooks' family drama, with some comedy chucked in, Tearms of Endearment, was actually a great movie.
The cast was awesome, De Vito, Lithgow, McLaine, Nicholson, Winger...all of them, wow. Oscar winner for sure. Everyone liked this one. This reviwer also did.
