Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Pedro T — 10 Feb 2013
A heartless, soulless, dull addition to the Terminator franchise, which, other than the names involved and the title itself, would probably have gone straight to dvd. The acting is rudimentary at its best, even Bale deciding to take a rest from his job for the duration of the film.
The musical score is something I would expect from a BBC series, and resembles nothing of the epic, haunting score of the originals. The dialogue and story itself is a mix of dribbling cliche and predictable huff.
If you in any way enjoyed the first two films then I would stongly urge you to avoid the disappointment lurking here with this shambles of an effort.
