Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Panayiotis D — 01 Jan 2014
A dissapointing extension to the famous Terminator series. This was supposed to be the movie that closed the 'loop' but it is definately not on par with 1,2 and even 3. The script is terrible, there is very little logic or cohesion.
Some positives:
- Helena Bonham's carter (small) role. Also Sam Worthington's performance as supporting male.
- the chase sequence.
- the colour selections in the cinematography are superb, very good for the post-apocalypse setting.
And some more negatives.
- We do miss Arnie, and James Cameron at the director's chair.
- A virtual Arnie does not help AT ALL. Thankfully he (it?) appears only a little.
