Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Philip L — 25 Jun 2015
Critically panned I actually quite like a lot in this especially the reverse time travel of the main character Marcus into a world dominated by the rubber skinned Terminators (although not as impressive as the promo versions) and a distinctly brown hue.
Christian Bale however is best left forgotten as John Connor. He famously took it all too seriously. What is admirable is an attempt to finally depict the Future War - although you never quite feel that it's the same one as seen in the original 2 and the awesome T2 3D attraction at Universal Studios.
