Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Gerald D — 06 Dec 2012

Well I can say this one didn't exactly live up to it's potential. I was hoping it would be better. Don't get me wrong the special effects and chase scenes were quite awesome. But I don't know that I believed or cared about the characters as much as I'd hoped.

The introduction of the new character and his story line didn't interest me (and thanks to the previews there was no big reveal). I cared about John Connor and Kyle Reese, but because of the timelines you didn't feel the threat because you knew John was going to send Kyle back to father him.

Ahh Time travel in movies. So much fun to wrap your brain around it. The 1st and 2nd Terminator movies and the TV show were much better.
