Review of Terminator Genisys (2015) by Rob N — 11 Nov 2015
Really enjoyable blue-ray rental. Two things: 1. Don't watch the trailers, which spoil big chunks of the plot. 2. Yes, many of the action sequences are very similar to previous terminator movies, but updated with more polish, style, and flair.
In my opinion, the main plotline is pretty great. If I had seen this in the theater, I may have been disappointed, but as a $2 RedBox Blu-Ray rental in a home theater, it was a pretty enjoyable action movie.
