Review of Terminator Genisys (2015) by Alexander S — 28 Feb 2016

I liked it. it was a mix of both new and the old. I do think that this is only one that needs to be a bit confusing to make way for the two sequels and I think they will be a bit more straightforward.

But I really enjoyed it. they used the two old catch phrases at good spots were it felt like they actually fit it. :).

I also liked how that old line from T1 was reused to the new bad guy. only replacing "it" to "I" since the bad guy spoke of himself.

But overall it was a good movie. good effects, and sure the bad guy feelt similar to the T-1000 but still new in its origins and such. the only bad think was actually the trailer giving away one of the twists in the movie (there are a few more in my opinion) but that was the main one.

This was a worthy terminator movie. a wothy third best :).

I say, as a normal fan and not someone that goes just to see "how can I complain about this movie today" and actually goes and says "I am here, show me what you got." :) basically being open to the movie being the best it can be. sometimes it is still a bad movie but this one was bloody brilliant :).

And since they did leave a few things out on purpose. :) I like that, since it makes people wanting more. to find out the answers. :) like I still really want to know who sent that T-800 back to protect sarah and from when and what timeline. which also makes me wonder about who sent that T-1000 back too. since I do think they come from the same timeline. (maybe).

And that thing in the end, a big change for arnold and his character. (won't say what since there may be some that hasn't seen it yet).

So I liked it :) it was new and old at its best :p hehe :).

So go see it and ignore those big officiall reviews (just one persons opinion per review anyway. And yours is just as important as theirs, even if they are published and yours is not).
