How bad an actor is Arnold Schwarzenegger? Consider that this is a role he's played several times in the past, one of an emotionless robot, one that everyone (I mean EVERYONE) has been doing imitations of since 1984 - and somehow he couldn't pull it off in this movie.
And the story line is a confusing mess. But there's some fun action sequences, and the special effects are pretty cool.
