Review of Terminator Genisys (2015) by C.j. H — 03 Jul 2016

Terminator Genisys is the fifth film in the franchise and does little to make it relevant again. Some of the visuals are impressive and the action is tedious but fun. With no expectations with this movie going in and not really a "fan" of the franchise, I have to say I was somewhat entertained by the film.

Though the narrative is all over the place, once again messing with the already jumbled mythology. It's so focused on the overall premise of the universe that it forgets to tell a halfway decent narrative.
