While somewhat entertaining, T3 feels a bit unnecessary plot-wise as well as quality-wise. It just lacks the excitement of the previous 2, especially of T2. A bit of a spoiler: T-X's termination is not all that spectacular.
Recommended only for people who loved T1 and T2 and just can't take the curiosity.
